These terms govern your use of Hodge & Williams' ("H&W," "we," "us") SMS messaging services, including our automated SMS auto-reply service. Hodge & Williams is a trade name operated by CD Williams (sole proprietor).
When you send a text message to one of our business phone numbers, our system automatically sends you one reply message acknowledging receipt. This is not a marketing or subscription service; no recurring or promotional messages are sent unless you separately agree to receive them.
By texting our business number, you consent to receive one automated reply message from us in response.
One reply per inbound message. We do not send unsolicited recurring messages.
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages, as delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
