Hodge & Williams ("H&W," "we," "us") is a trade name operated by CD Williams (sole proprietor). We operate automated SMS messaging services, including an SMS auto-reply service. This policy explains what information we collect through that service and how we handle it.
When you send a text message to one of our business phone numbers, we collect your mobile phone number and the content of the message you sent, in order to send you an automated reply acknowledging receipt.
We use your phone number and message content solely to send you a reply and to maintain an internal log of message activity for service reliability and troubleshooting. We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to responding to your message.
No mobile information (including your mobile phone number and message content) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your information may be processed by our messaging service provider (Twilio Inc.) solely to deliver messages on our behalf, under Twilio's own confidentiality obligations.
You will receive one automated reply message for each message you send to our number. We do not send unsolicited or recurring messages.
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance.
We retain message logs only as long as necessary for service operation and troubleshooting.
